A few weeks ago I entered a contest at Ashley’s blog Film in the Fridge to win an Essential Quilting class taught by Deborah Whipstitch Fabrics.
And I won! That oh-so-rarely happens (I won’t say never — I’ve won a handful of things here and there over my five-plus years of blogging). This is an extra awesome giveaway. AND the giveaway came with a fat quarter bundle of Vintage Modern, so it’s somehow even more extra awesome.
It’s a four-week online class through the month of June. We’re going to learn All The Things about quilting, some of which I have experience in (basics) and others that I’m really excited to try out of the first time (free-motion quilting, curved seams, etc.).
Today was our first class, but I think there’s still room to sign up if you’re interested! Can’t wait to see what we make this month!
