My friend Jen asked me to make her some monogrammed felt ornaments for her nieces and nephews for Christmas. Of course I would! I used Dana’s tutorial over at Made, and I am as pleased as punch at how they turned out:
There are seven ornaments total, one for each of her cute little nieces and nephews. I used blended wool felt from Devi Crafts and was really happy with the quality of the felt — it didn’t fall apart like craft felt is wont to do. I love how crisp the letters turned out, and I’m really happy with my machine applique. Super cute, right? I pretty much want to make one for everyone I know now!
