She asked me to make her a mixed tape clutch. I’d picked up the Timeless Treasures print while I was in Chicago — absolutely exactly what she was looking for!
I used Michelle Patterns’ Fold Over Clutch pattern, which I’ve sewn many times. The clutch has an interior pocket and actually holds a lot of stuff for its size. I lined it in Heaven & Helsinki for bright pop of color that picks up the pink on the outside and sort of has an 80′s vibe.
I think it turned out really cute. Dropped it in the mail for her yesterday — I hope she loves it!
Even better, I made a second one with a lime green interior at the same time. I still need to finish making it (I just need to finish it up — it’s almost done), but if you want it, I can make a special Etsy listing for you! $22 and it’s yours!
